Questions
Questions people ask before they get in touch
Short answers first. If yours is not here, ask us directly.
How much does a business website cost?
It is quoted per project, because the honest answer depends on three things: how many pages and forms the site needs, how much has to connect to systems you already run, and how much groundwork is needed to make you findable locally. Tell us what you are trying to build and you will get a real number rather than a range that turns out not to apply to you.
How long does it take to build a website?
Fourteen days from the day we start to the day it goes live. The first two days are setup and collecting your branding and content, days three to seven are the build, days eight to ten are your review and the changes that come out of it, and the last stretch is handover, a walk-through with your team, and going live.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Yes, for the things that change. We agree up front which content you'll want to edit and make those parts straightforward — everything else stays locked so it can't break.
What is systems automation, in plain terms?
It's using software to do repetitive work your team currently does by hand — moving data between systems, generating reports, sending follow-ups — so it happens reliably without anyone remembering to do it.
Do you work with businesses outside your area?
Yes — we work remotely, so we can work with clients outside Kenya and the United States. Working across time zones is built into the process through written updates and scheduled calls instead of assuming everyone is at a desk at the same hour.
What happens after the site launches?
It becomes yours. Every site and system we build is handed over complete — the code goes into your own repository and your team gets a walk-through of how it works, so you are not dependent on us to keep it running. If you would rather we handled maintenance or ongoing management, that is available and quoted separately from the build.
Ready to build something that works?
Tell us what you're trying to fix and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right people for it.
