Reviews and photos
Reviews and photos are among the first things customers look at, and they show Google your business is active and trusted. They are also the two things I cannot create for you: they have to come from your real customers and your real business. What I can do is make collecting them easy.
What I do
- Set up a simple way to ask for reviews: a direct review link, a QR code for your counter or invoices, and ready-to-send wording for WhatsApp, SMS and email.
- Draft replies you can use for your reviews, good and bad. Replying shows customers — and Google — that you are paying attention.
- Upload the photos you send me to your profile, regularly.
- Track your reviews and photos against the businesses ranking above you.
What I will never do
Buy reviews, write fake ones, or offer customers rewards for reviewing you. All of these break Google’s policies, and any of them can get a profile suspended.
