How the work runs
Five stages. You always know which one we are in and what is expected of you.
01Discover
We diagnose your current setup to find where enquiries are being lost, and map how people actually reach you today. What we need from you: an honest picture of how enquiries arrive now, and what you have already tried.
02Design
We plan the structure — how a visitor moves through the site, how the enquiry form works, and how the pages are shaped so search and answer engines can read them. What we need from you: sign-off on what we are building, and good images of your work, products or premises.
03Build
We set up the environment and build the pages or the automated system. What we need from you: nothing new at this stage, provided the material from Design has landed — this part is ours.
04Launch
We publish it live, put the code in your GitHub repository, and switch on performance monitoring so real visits are measured from day one. What we need from you: a final look over the live setup before we go.
05Support
We walk you and your team through the running system until you know how to operate it. What we need from you: whoever will actually use it, in the room for the walk-through.
How long it takes
Fourteen days from the day we start to the day it goes live. The clock begins once the project is approved and we have access to what we need.
- Days 0–2 — access, setup, and collecting your branding and content
- Days 3–7 — the core build, design and internal testing
- Days 8–10 — your review, and the changes that come out of it
- Days 11–14 — handover, team walk-through, and going live
What shapes the cost
Every project is quoted based on what it actually involves. Three things move the number more than anything else.
- Scope — how many pages, forms and distinct layouts the build needs
- Integration complexity — backend automations, CRM synchronisation, tracking, and compliance work such as eTIMS
- Local search scope — how much groundwork is needed to make the business findable in its own area, which varies a great deal by market
